										Single origin chocolate is made from cacao beans sourced from one specific region, farm, or country, highlighting the unique chocolate terroir and flavor profile of that area.
Bean-to-bar means the chocolate maker controls the entire process from sourcing raw cacao beans to roasting, grinding, and molding the final bar.
All our dark chocolates are vegan chocolates as they do not have any diary added to them.
Artisanal chocolate makers focus on quality, ethical sourcing, small-batch production, and flavor complexity. This is similar to the process of fine wine or specialty coffee.
We have direct trade relationships with farmers; our chocolate is traceable and make efforts to ensure fair compensation and environmentally responsible farming.
Our pure dark chocolates are made just with cacao and sugar. We do not use artificial additives. All our chocolates bars have no gluten, soy, GMO’s, palm oil or artificial flavorings or colorings.
We advise storing chocolate in a cool, dry place (around 18°C), away from sunlight and strong odors. Storing chocolate in the fridge changes the favor and therefore is not advised.
