The Art of Chocolate Making Workshop
Our chocolate making workshop is a great introduction to the art of making chocolate. We'll take you on a journey and show you how you can make chocolate in your own home from cacao beans to chocolate bars
Our master chocolatier will then show you how you can take the chocolate and transform it into works of art through the creation of chocolate bon bons and chocolate pastry.
During the workshop you will be learning, tasting and discovering new things about hand-crafted artisan chocolates.
At the end of the workshop, you will receive a goody bag with some nice chocolates to take with you.
MAKING BEAN TO BAR CHOCOLATE
Our bean-to-bar expert will give you a quick history of chocolate and then walk you through the 9 stages of bean-to-bar chocolate making process.
During this session you will get to sample cacao nibs as well as taste the chocolates with your choice of wine, beer or tea.
MAKING CHOCOLATE BON BONS
Our master chocolatier will demonstrate how to make and decorate chocolate bon bons.
During this session, you will have a chance to taste hand-crafted bon bons.
MAKING CHOCOLATE PASTRY
Our master chocolatier will demonstrate how you can make the cremeaux for chocolate tartelettes with fruits.
During this final session, you will get hands-on experience of putting together a tartelette and you can enjoy your labor of love.

HILDA VILLARROEL
PATISSIER-CHOCOLATIER
Hilda is a professional Patissier-Chocolatier in Amsterdam with over five years of experience. She has worked in 5-star hotels and has experience working with a Michellin star chef. She did her pastry and chocolatery training in France and Belgium.

CHIINGA MUSONDA
BEAN-TO-BAR CHOCOLATE
Chiinga has always had a passion for pastry and chocolate. This led her start making her own single origin bean-to-bar chocolates. She enjoys finding ways to fine-tune the chocolate making process to bring out the flavors of the cacao beans.
