They say breakfast is the most important meal. I find that when I have a good breakfast I am less likely to eat junk food. I love eating yogurt in the morning especially in the hot weather. Adding fruit gives it the perfect sweetness while adding coconut flakes and cacao nibs gives it the perfect crunch and texture. It’s packed with healthy fats, good bacteria for your stomach and the superfood benefits of cacao.
The banana cacao smoothie is one of my favourite recipes. It's easy to make with only 4 ingredients including cacao nibs and tastes wonderful. I love drinking the smoothie to refuel my body after a long run or intense exercise. It's also great for breakfast.
